Agenda - Americas' Hacking Success

Saturday:

8:00am – Breakfast available in Executive Briefing Center, Bedford Office

8:50am – Team Leads gather and are allocated a Table

9:00am – Welcome by Hackathon co-ordinator and Judges

9:10am – Team Formation Exercise begins (details given below)

9:45am – Hacking begins

12:30pm – Lunch provided in EBC

5:15pm – End of first day Hackathon

5:45pm – Bus to Mindtrek from Bedford Office

~8:30pm – Taxi/Uber back to your hotel (please note, given the different hotels people are staying in, please arrange taxi/uber yourself and expense via the normal expense process)

Sunday:

8:00am – Breakfast available in EBC – Hackathon continues. (please remember to check-out of your hotel and bring your luggage with you)

11:30am – Hackathon Judging begins – 8 minute presentation per project

~1pm – Results of Competition announced followed Lunch

2pm – Bus depart Bedford for Wentworth
